🔥 Sauna therapy changed my life.

As a carpenter, I’ve always worked physically hard — but no matter how much I exerted myself, I barely ever sweat. That meant toxins stayed trapped in my body longer, recovery was slower, and stress built up over time. Sweating is one of the body’s most powerful healing systems — and my body wasn’t doing it naturally.

Then I discovered infrared saunas. I began using one before workouts to activate my system, and again after workouts to recover faster. The difference was incredible — deep sweat, powerful detox, better energy, joint relief, mental clarity, and real recovery. I saw what sauna therapy could do — and I wanted to bring that to more people.

That’s why I founded Sauna Den, LLC — to give people access to safe, affordable, quality-built saunas they can trust for real wellness at home.
